  1. The Platform serves as a listing service for homestays in PanbuDara and nearby places, where travelers can view homestay details, send queries, and make bookings directly through the Platform.
  2. Homestay owners can list their properties on the Platform, providing accurate and up-to-date information about their accommodations.
  3. We do not own or operate any of the homestays listed on the Platform. All bookings and payments are managed between the travelers and the homestay owners.

Travelers' Terms

Booking
  1. Travelers can view homestay details and make inquiries or bookings through the Platform.
  2. Upon confirming a booking, you agree to the cancellation, refund, and payment policies outlined by the homestay owner.
  3. Bookings are subject to the availability and terms provided by the homestay owners.

Payment and Fees

  1. Upfront Payment and Deposits: Some homestays may require an upfront payment or deposit to secure the booking. This payment is processed through our platform on behalf of the homestay owner.
  2. Payment Handling: The booking amount is collected by us, and we will transfer the funds to the homestay owner after confirmation. You agree that any financial transaction, including deposits, will be handled by our platform.
  3. Additional Charges: Any additional fees, such as taxes, service charges, or extra costs for amenities, will be calculated and communicated by us before finalizing the booking. You will be required to settle any outstanding charges as instructed.
  4. Disputes: We will assist in addressing any payment disputes; however, once funds are transferred to the homestay owner, disputes must be resolved directly between the guest and the homestay owner.

Cancellations and Refunds

  1. Each homestay has its own cancellation policy. Travelers are advised to review the cancellation terms before confirming a booking.
  2. We are not responsible for refunds or disputes regarding cancellations or no-shows.

Traveler Conduct

  1. Travelers must respect the property, rules, and regulations of the homestay.
  2. Any damage caused to the homestay during the stay will be the responsibility of the traveler, and appropriate charges may apply.
  3. The Platform reserves the right to ban or remove travelers from using the service for misconduct or violation of terms.

Homestay Owners' Terms

Listing
  1. Homestay owners can list their properties by providing accurate and truthful information, including but not limited to property description, pricing, availability, and rules.
  2. By listing your homestay, you confirm that you have the legal right to offer the property for rent and that it complies with all local laws and regulations.

Booking and Communication

  1. You are responsible for responding to traveler inquiries and confirming bookings in a timely manner.
  2. You must honor all confirmed bookings unless unforeseen circumstances arise, in which case the traveler must be informed promptly.

Payment and Fees

  1. You are responsible for setting your own pricing and payment policies, including deposits, taxes, and additional fees.
  2. Any financial disputes between you and the traveler must be resolved directly, as the Platform does not process payments or act as a mediator in financial matters.

Cancellations

  1. You are responsible for defining your own cancellation policy, which must be communicated to the traveler before booking confirmation.
  2. Unwarranted cancellations may result in penalties, such as reduced visibility of your listing on the Platform.

Homestay Standards and Maintenance

  1. You are expected to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality at your homestay.
  2. Misrepresentation of your property in the listing may result in removal from the Platform.

Legal Compliance

  1. You must ensure that your homestay adheres to local zoning laws, rental regulations, and tax requirements.

Platform Responsibilities and Liability

Platform Use
  1. We act solely as an intermediary between homestay owners and travelers. We are not a party to any booking contracts made through the Platform.
  2. We do not verify the accuracy of the information provided by homestay owners, nor do we guarantee the availability or quality of the accommodations.
Liability and Disputes
  1. Traveler's Responsibility: We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during a traveler’s stay at a homestay. Any disputes arising between a traveler and a homestay owner must be settled directly between the parties involved.
  2. Car Travel Liability:
    1. We are not responsible for any injury or damage during travel, whether the traveler is using their own car, a third-party car, or a car arranged through our platform.
    2. Car Services Provided by Us: If the traveler rents a car through our platform, we will attempt to assist in resolving any issues (such as car breakdowns or accidents). However, we are not responsible for injuries or damages that occur during the trip.
    3. Third-Party Cars: If travelers are using their own or a third-party car, we are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or disputes that may arise.
    4. Accident or Car Issues: If a traveler is unable to continue the trip due to an accident or car issues, we will participate in discussions and try to help manage the situation, such as finding alternative transportation. However, we are not liable for delays, losses, or injuries that may occur.

Platform Changes

  1. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Platform or any services offered at any time without prior notice.

Privacy

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes, the parties involved (traveler and homestay owner, traveler and car owner, homestay owner and car owner) are encouraged to resolve the issue through direct communication. If necessary, legal action may be pursued in accordance with local laws.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Platform, and continued use of the service after such changes will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
